Role DescriptionThis is an roving 3 contract (With an option to renew) role for a Desktop Support Technician at Disruptive IT. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and computer repair services for desktop computers and printers. They will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the company's computer systems.Salary: R15 000 P/MApplicants must have a reliable car and valid drivers license.QualificationsExperience in desktop computer support, printer support, and troubleshootingKnowledge of computer repair techniquesStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamTechnical certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CompTIA A+ and N+)Experience with network troubleshooting and administrationKnowledge of ITIL frameworks
