Responsibilities:Research on potential vendors and facilitate accreditation of new suppliersProcurement of all protective clothing and ensure departmental accountabilityCreating and placing of orders with suppliersProcessing of intercompany transfers on packaging and finished goodsTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryMaintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoicesOversee stock taking on all warehouses and investigate any variancesEvaluate existing procurement policies and procedures and update accordinglyPrepare reports on purchases, including cost analysisAttend to all queries with regards to supplier invoices with the creditors departmentPetty cash controlling and reconcilingQualifications and Experience:Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4)Financial background and/or qualification will be to your advantageComputer literate (MS Office, Syspro and preferable exposure to a CMMS)Able to analyse data and convert it to useful informationInitiative and high levels of energyMust be deadline orientatedMust be able to work under pressureMay be required to work overtime as and when requiredAble to prioritiseApplication and Enquiries:Qualifying interested applicants are requested to submit their applications to Nicky Carstens at ****** .
