We're seeking for a Delivery Consultant to join our firm and contribute to our success.
ELENCO Professional Services is one of the leading executive search firms with a focus on Financial Services and Professional Services in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. For our team in Frankfurt & Zurich, we are looking for reinforcement in the area of Executive Search with a focus on the consulting industry.
Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for several projects in the area of consulting, financial services, and technology, both independently and as part of a team.- In this context, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the search for suitable candidates for our clients and will therefore be in close contact with them and our clients.- You will independently support suitable candidates in the recruitment process from the initial contact to the signing of the contract and build up a large network- You support us in the acquisition of new clients and in the area of business development.

Whatyou bring with you:
- You are now a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager and have worked for at least 4 years in a recruitment consultancy- A university degree would be desirable- Structured, reliable way of working combined with high motivation and self-drive- Result orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and acting- Open communication and confident, sovereign appearance- Very good knowledge of English, language skills in German would be an advantage- Experience in recruiting potential candidates and conducting interviews and report writing
