ENVIRONMENT: LOAD, validate, quality assure, store and share all data coming in and going out for an allocated portfolio of suppliers as the next Data Processing Specialist sought by a global Marketing Software House specializing in B2B products. You will be responsible for liaising with each supplier, conduct quality control checks to ensure that all data and reconciliations are valid and updated while creating and maintaining all supplier documentation. The ideal candidate must have a suitable Diploma/Certification in Computer Science/IT/Mathematics/Stats with at least 2+ years' work experience in a similar role including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and its advanced features and functions; utilising standard practices for business communication and ability to create clear, effective, professional business documents and managing data quality, data security, and data ethics for critical data. DUTIES: Process – Track the workplace pipeline and progress against expectations. Ensure all datasets received are of the highest quality. Deliver datasets as early as possible and in accordance with the implemented delivery methods. Accurately and timeously import and refresh datasets. Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all data and reconciliations are valid and updated. Store data in the relevant data repositories. Create and maintain all supplier documentation. Understand and prepare supplier data for further analysis. People - Liaise between various stakeholders supported/impacted by the process to resolve issues. Effectively communicate between all team members and suppliers. Keep all parties informed of progress and matters arising. Compliance and Governance – Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards. Follow data sharing best practice methodologies. Development – Continuously improve work efficiency and accuracy and maintain effective communication with team members and suppliers. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications - Relevant Certification or Diploma (Computer Science; Information Technology; Mathematics; Statistics). Experience/Skills – 2+ Years in a similar Data Processing role. Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel and its advanced features and functions. Proficient in utilising standard practices for business communication and ability to create clear, effective, professional business documents. Proficient in managing data quality, data security, and data ethics for critical data. Advantageous – Degree (Computer Science; Information Technology; Mathematics; Statistics).
