Duties: Incorporates all Cut-Over activities across Project Scope, including technical, data, and operations or business tasks with inputs on Business Activity and project teams, including possible Go-Live scenarios, into a comprehensive cutover checklist and an integrated, consolidated project plan. Hold Cut-Over activity workshops with all relevant project streams and business units, gather the necessary Cut-Over steps, and collaborate closely with the workgroups to document the integrated Cut-Over plan for every application. Ensures that various streams are properly integrated to create a single integrated set of tasks for a single integrated cutover plan.Responsible for overseeing the conversion and cutover project in detail deliverables to the new system or systems, fixing errors or problems with the cutover processResponsible of making sure integrated release cutover activities and related system outages are successfully planned and carried outPlans the physical and human resources needed for cut-over tasks and synchronizes the needs for Go Live staffing and general logistics.Provides communication and escalation plan, cutover command center logistics, and command center documentation (policies, procedures, downtime processes)Reports on the cutover status to the project's leadership and important stakeholdersEnsures that the entry and exit requirements for every cutover are clearly stated, recorded, and approved by all parties involved.Serves as the last point of escalation for any issues and guarantees that all audit requirements, including those related to final Go/No-Go meetings for each roll-out, are met.Leads all Cut-over concerns, proactively initiating the necessary actions when the Cutover or Cutovers are potentially in dangerOversees the integrated cutover activities for the six cutover cycles' pre-, go-, and post-go-live phases:Oversees remote, integrated cutover operations for several nations at the same time after SA deployment.Develops a comprehensive strategy and roll-back plan, as well as backup and contingency plans, for cutovers.Reduce the risk to business operations and technical cut-over, identify risks and issues and take appropriate mitigation measures.Ensure that the infrastructure, data, and apps of the IT organization are protected from unauthorized or unintentional alteration, disclosure, or destruction.Make sure that all pertinent stakeholders are informed about the pertinent cutover plan components, including any related dependencies with substreams.Develop, own, and oversee the implementation of a thorough operational and business readiness plan or plans for the build-up to and accounting for clients, suppliers, staff, peak business periods, the amount of downtime the company can withstand, how catchup will be handled, and other factors. Required Experience:
Proven track record of success in a comparable role on large-scale ERP projects
To guarantee meticulous planning, execution, and completion of all pertinent cutovers, a strong and experienced cutover lead is needed.
Prior experience with the MS D365 cutover will be beneficial.
Experience with vendor communication and activity tracking
Outstanding ability to communicate
The capacity to collaborate with a variety of project teams while working remotely and encouraging active engagement and task completion in an online setting
Flexibility with regard to working hours: roll-out and cutover phases occasionally call for certain shift patterns; potential travel when restrictions are removed
