Customers service consulted / Call Center Agent

We are Looking for Call Centre / Customer Service Agents to work (Permanent Jobs).

Requirements.
Grade 11-12 or equivalent.
Computer knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.

All Successful Candidates will Be Enrolled to Perform the following Duties:
Answer calls and respond to emails.
Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email.
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information.
Enter new customer information into system
Update existing customer information.
Route calls to appropriate resource.
