Job Description: The Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing vendor relations, including communication with suppliers and handling inquiries related to LTL freight. Coordinating ground shipments with freight carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Providing exceptional customer service to US and Canadian clients via telephone and email. Handling PayPal payments and ensuring timely processing. Addressing customer inquiries, order processing, cancellations, returns, and exchanges. Resolving customer complaints efficiently, with a focus on First Call Resolution. Utilizing various communication channels to maintain contact with customers and suppliers. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Ensuring all tasks are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service and logistics, preferably in a similar industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and suppliers. Proficiency in managing ground shipments and coordinating with freight carriers. Familiarity with PayPal payment processing and vendor relations. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of US and Canadian business practices preferred. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
