My Client in the Automotive Industry is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in the Supply Chain Department To control all aspects of customer ordering and communicationMinimum Requirements:A National Diploma in Logistics or Equivalent2 Years experience within a similar environmentComputer Literacy (MS Office, with advanced Excel)Duties / Responsibilities:Responsibility for all incoming customer ordersUnderstand and analyze customer schedulesComplete order book reconciliations in the stipulated timeframes (weekly or monthly) as agreed with each customer and communicate violations with customer and all internal stakeholdersIdentify and communicate all risks internallyManage customer portals and specific order transmission tools and systemsLiaise with customers on all queries or concernsFacilitate expediting and cancellation of ordersEnsure all customer contacts and other pertinent customer data is regularly updated on the customer databaseDaily / Weekly contact with customersEnsure 100% delivery performance to all customersAnalyze and report delivery performanceMonitor performance and communicate concerns by liaising with other departments to ensure maximum performanceControl all customer forecasts and ensure accuracy of ERP systemAnalyze customer order trends and communicate this with both customers and internal stakeholdersEnsure all required admin functions and activities are performed timeouslyUpdate all internal reports daily / weekly / monthlyReview and report any new customer data, updates and changes that impacts the businessManage customer surveys, periodic customer certification and all specific customer reporting
