Our client in the financial industry in Century City is looking for Customer Service Agents in Century City to assist and deal with incoming calls from clientâs disputes and queries.

Min Requirements
Matric or equivalent
3 Yearsâ Experience as a Call Centre Customer Care Agentmore inbound but some outbound
NO SALES outbound sales
Language Preferable â English, Xhosa, Zulu / Sotho OR MORE

Min Requirements
Dealing with incoming calls from clients regarding account queries and disputes
Follow up with Clients regarding queries/disputes âSome Outbound but NOT SALES
Escalating or resolving queries/disputes
