Salary R47 000 - R58 000 CTC depending on experience Remuneration Term Per Month State/Province Western Cape Country South Africa Job Description We are looking for a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist/Manager to play a key role in maintaining and developing the customer base of a leading luxury retailer. You'll have a degree in Marketing and proven experience in CRM or Customer Experience Management with strong knowledge of paid media channels. The role reports to the Head of Marketing. Full-time, permanent opportunity based in-office.
Responsibilities: Grow the Customer Base:Develop plans to bring in new customers and keep existing ones happy (increasing their value to the company).
Targeted Communication:Use the CRM system to understand different customer groups and tailor marketing and communication for each.
Teamwork:Work with other departments to ensure CRM efforts align with overall business goals.
Customer Insights:Analyse customer data to understand their preferences and identify areas for improvement.
Engaging Campaigns:Create targeted campaigns like email marketing, loyalty programmes, and surveys to keep customers interested and happy.
Smooth Customer Experience:Make sure customers have a positive experience across all channels (website, social media, email, etc.).
Track and Measure Results:Set goals for CRM efforts, monitor progress, and report findings to leadership.
Stay Up-to-Date:Keep learning about the latest trends and technologies in CRM and customer experience.
Train the Team:Help colleagues understand and use the CRM system effectively.
Adapt and Improve:Regularly review and adjust CRM strategies based on customer feedback, market changes, and business needs.
Support the Team:Assist the Marketing team and other departments with everyday tasks.Requirements Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
5 + years' in a similar role Advanced skills customising CRM software
Knowledge of CRM best practice including data, segmentation and reporting
Excellent project management skills
Proficient in software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics
