Key Responsibilities:* To assist part sales representatives in generating quotes and processing orders promptly and accurately* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer through effective communication and personalized assistance* Provide outstanding admin support, including data entry, file management and document preparation* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction* Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationship* Must be proficient in MS Office and CRM software
