About the role: We are looking for highly motivated, independent, and empathetic customer consultants to grow our business within the South African market. At 3 years old we are a small team with big ambitions: to be THE go-to hearing care company in South Africa. You'll be joining our team with offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg, working in a close-knit, start-up environment. You will be responsible for guiding your customers through the full hearing care journey, from the first step (a detailed telephonic conversation) until they are 100% satisfied with their hearing aids. You will be given continuous coaching, support, and the tools you need to thrive, as we scale our South African business from start-up to market leader.
