To support and assist the growth of Hygiene & Pest Control market share through effective and timeous response to all customer enquiries and to perform customer care functions for existing clients
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
Min. Matric / Diploma
5 years Customer Care experience
Fully computer literate: excel, word, outlook and PowerPoint
Well spoken & good telephone & customer liaison skills
Self-motivated, organised and driven.
Extensive knowledge in hygiene business
Proven track record in establishing and growing hygiene markets in the area of operation
Ability to interact at senior level with both customers and management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
Promoting of diversifying product and service range to existing customers
Ensuring consistent purchasing from customers
Achieve sales target set for the month
Interacting with existing customers and attend service requests or complaints and follow ups
Ensure reporting of sales leads and service queries
Ensure queries are sorted out and feedback provided to relevant parties
Establishing a relationship with existing customers through rostered regular visits
Focus on promoting sales opportunities to existing portfolio and maintaining customer relationships
Where expected perform sales responsibilities on a smaller opportunity identified for hygiene and relationships
All cancelations received must be dealt with immediately and communicated to the branch manager.
Re-sign existing clients where applicable
Keep track of existing client's contract end dates
Deal with clients professionally at all times
Provide feedback to branch manager where necessary
Complete contract documents and surveys in detail to streamline the implementation and installation of contract
Ensure customer files are up to date by conducting regular survey's and ensuring contractual paperwork and file documentation is up to date
Keep records of all conversations or other correspondence with customers
Ensure all CRM responsibilities are met and customer data captured
