In South Africa, we have a workforce of over 450 staff.About the roleReporting to the Customer Care Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming telephone calls, directing customer service inquiries and the handling of general queries.
Handling all direct complaints and following up to ensure all complaints are resolvedMaking stock ordersPlacing orders and filling invoicesDirecting all warrantiesMonthly statement printing and distributionData Capturing on various systems Fluidra is a workplace where everyone can develop.

National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)2-5 Years experience in a customer-facing positionEffective planning and organisational skills.Able to multi-task.At least two years experience in a similar position.Good command of English.If a candidate can Speak and Understand Afrikaans it will be advantageous.The ability to cope with a diversity of tasks in a high pressure environment.Good command of MS Word and MS Excel.Excellent communicator with a strong sense for urgency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
