The CSC - Contact Centre Agent Tier 2 responds to incoming client calls and resolves account queries. This role provides a critical support service to clients for the duration of the contract.experience and qualifications

Minimum Qualification - Grade 12
Preferred Qualification - Grade 12 with fluency in English, Afrikaans, Xhosa and Zulu
Experience - Six to twelve months call centre experience preferably in a financial environment
