REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCEConduct detailed credit analysis covering financial, operational, collateral, shareholder, and industry aspectsPrepare credit papers for client facility adjustments and covenant breachesPresent requests to the board and Group credit committeesEngage continuously with clients for monitoring, identify credit stress, and assist in recoveries, while ensuring compliance and collaborating with stakeholders to manage credit risk effectively.Proficient in banking business and product knowledgeStrong analytical skills including financial statement analysis and understanding of IFRSComprehensive grasp of credit principles and lending processesKnowledgeable about various industries and macroeconomic factors impacting clientsFamiliarity with commercial legal aspects such as insolvency, collateral, and deal structuresUnderstanding of Capital frameworks, coupled with financial modelling and forecasting abilitiesProficiency in ExcelREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, Accounting or higher preferred/ preferable3+ years of lending or credit experience requiredSound credit analysis experience requiredCommercial legal knowledge preferred
