A Motor Vehicle Dealership based in Shelley Beach is looking for a Vehicle Costing Clerk to join their team in the Service Department.Duties (included but not limited to):Ensure that vehicles under warranty are registered on the warranty systemAssist with service administration when necessaryAssist with service calls when necessaryCheck Job Cards dailyEnsure sales, manufacturing dates are correct.Ensure chassis and engine numbers correctCheck service historyCheck extra work requiredCorrect allocation of costsQuotations, when necessaryDo general costing accuratelyCheck work in progressAttend to queries and correctionsDo job card reversals, when necessaryCheck that previous days invoices are reflected on system.Assist with service calls when necessaryBankingTrack outstanding cashRequirements: Must have at least 2 years experience as a Vehicle Costing Clerk in the Automotive IndustryExperience on KerridgeDrivers licenseBubbly and energetic personality with good customer care skillsPlease note that only experienced candidates will be considered and contactedAPPLY ONLINE NOW at
