If you'd like to become an Avon associate, this is your time!Role TypePermanentWhat you'll be doing:Corporate Accounting Senior AnalystKey responsibilities:Participate in monthly closing processes, including preparation of journal entries and reporting in HyperionPrepare account reconciliations, balance sheet and cash flow analysis for Avon Corporate entities (GLOCBU)Be responsible for reviewing and reconciling intercompany balances, external debt, employee benefits, leases, restructuring and foreign exchange movementsProvide input for notes to Avon’s consolidated quarterly financial statements (Natura Reporting Pack, 10Q/10K)Cooperate with external and internal auditors to assist with quarterly reviews and year-end auditsHave regular interactions with associates in Global Consolidation, Global Tax, Global Treasury, Corporate FP&A, GBS and External Reporting departmentsBe involved in special projectsWe'd love you to have:Master degree in Finance/Accounting/Economy; CIMA or ACCA member will be an assetMinimum 4 years’ working experience in Finance Department on a similar positionExcellent knowledge of MS ExcelStrong analytical abilities, attention to details, problem solving skills, very good communication skillsFluent English, both written and spokenGood knowledge of E1 and Hyperion“Can do” and team oriented attitude is a mustWhat we offer: Avon is proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
