Controls Engineer

Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum of 2-4 years Automotive industry experience.Btech / Batchelors degree in Engineering, electrical or mechanical Engineering preferred.Technical Proficient in Microsoft office, Ladder Logic Siemens Step 7; Siemens TIA; Allen Bradley Rockwell.Requires experience in mechanical installation and maintenance work on plant electrical systems and equipment.Requires a broad knowledge of controls and mechanisms . Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance.Proficient in troubleshooting, design, and optimization of systems.Excellent problem solving, decision making and planning skills.The ability to work in a team environment, which includes being self-motivated, accepting responsibilities, completing assigned action items, and participating in a proactive manner in all team events.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.Key Performance Areas:Performing and documenting control system testing, design and develop components, troubleshooting issues with control systems.Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.Confer with vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status.Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
