Details of the offer

Permanent - Contracts Administrator - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) - South Africa Develop and manage the client contact database. Management and maintenance of office equipment (printers, etc.). Ordering and management of office consumables and stationery. Appropriate company policies and business/tax registration certificates are appropriately displayed. Management of Facility cleaning staff. Safe keep and distribution of office keys and apartment keys accordingly Management and ordering of Business Cards. Travel, accommodation, and evacuation bookings for Directors. Assist project managers as required and act as a day-to-day liaison. Undertake general administration including word processing, dealing with enquiries and routine correspondence, photocopying and collating. Organizing of internal staff functions, management of stock levels in bar. Assist with Mining Indaba on a Yearly basis. Any other administrative support task as required.Minimum 5 years office co-ordination and/or secretarial experience in a construction environmentExcellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Good management and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Decision making ability. Ability to prioritize. Understanding of quality management principles. Talent for recognizing the opportunities for process improvement. in those connections.#J-18808-Ljbffr
