Contract Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for all contracts of the company in pre-contract phase and execution phase, and supervision of all company's projects. Contracts Management in pre-contract phase Analyses the conditions of the contract, put forward countermeasures, review bidding documents, and chair the contract negotiation in the bidding process. Drafts and prepares the main contract according to marketing needs. Project Supervision - Supervises the projects for China Headquarter, provides related information and materials for the supervising team of China Headquarter, provides necessary support to project team.  Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management INTERNAL / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS English is normal language Mandarin or Afrikaans will be preferred QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Quantity Survey or relevant fields from a reputable University Minimum 5 years' experience in contracts administration, preferably in the engineering and construction industry. Experience in management of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract will be an advantage. Familiar with FIDIC, NEC or other international contracts template will be preferred. Familiar with legal regulations, variation valuation and claims, commercial contract negotiation. Familiar with FIDIC, NEC or other international contracts template will be preferred.
