Content Creator- Operations Agency (Sandton) Nutun is looking for a Content Creator in Sandton
About this role: A content creator creates engaging and targeted messaging content for our debt collections technology strategy. The role requires collaboration with the Strategy team to ensure expectations are met in terms of message, tone, accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities: Debtor Communication · Manage all debtor communications across the various platforms: SMS, MMS, PDFs (Letters, E-letters, E-mail, WebDocs)
· Create and edit succinct messages / content which is both relevant and accurate.
· Make recommendations regarding existing and new communications.
· Ensure the content designed is clear and easy for the debtor to understand and drives the desired outcome.
· Add communications to State Codes.
· Continuously explore and develop technology options.
Editing and Approval · Edit and proofread all new templates.
· Edit spelling and grammar on communications.
· Ensure testing is done for each SMS/ MMS/ IVR/Letter/E-letter/E-mail/ Webdoc before it is sent out to the debtors once it is designed and created.
Recordings
· Voice Recordings for IVR and Line Recordings.
· Sound Editing.
· Create flow graphs for IVRs and Line Recordings – Including office hours and out-of-office recordings.
Compliance and Client/ Attorney Table · Client / Attorney table must be kept relevant by updating once monthly.
· Every single field in Client / Attorney is important: Spelling, Upper Case, Lower Case, Pipes, Commas, Punctuation, Opening Times, Closing Times, Emails Address etc.
· Ensure compliance to the Law Society of South Africa on all communications. Check new communications are signed off for compliance by our legal team.
Visuals and Design · Source images, create graphics / visuals and other content.
· Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
· Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wire frames.
Technology · Establish main tech players.
UI Experience Management Treatment Frameworks
· New communication sources.
· Keep up to date with industry best practices.
· Research and Incorporate functionalities and features into websites.
EL Designer · Ensure all letter communications are stored on EL-Designer,
· Letters must have correct naming conventions.
· Must manage templates and ensure no duplicate templates.
Required Minimum Work Experience
· 3-5 Years' Experience in Collections Environment.
· Copy writing and copy-editing.
· Sound engineering.
Required Minimum Education / Training
· Superior Knowledge of the English language, a bachelor's degree in English, journalism or communication would provide a competitive edge.
· Basic Knowledge of the Law Society in South Africa
· Computer Literacy; MS Office; Advanced Excel.
· Sound Editing
· Working knowledge and understanding of MBD business rules/processes & systems.
· Cheetah; Cheetah PAWSS (Internal); BI Reports (Internal); EL Designer (Internal).
