Completed MatricNQF 5 FAIS Qualification1 year (COP) – Certificate of Proficiency (advantage)RE05 And Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance120 FAIS creditsExperience
Minimum of 2 years insurance industry experienceMinimum of 2 years call centre/telephone experience
