We are currently seeking a Construction Health & Safety Officer to join our team in South Africa. Job Description As a Construction Health & Safety Officer at Eosol Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all employees, contractors, and visitors on our construction sites. Your primary duties will include: Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards Conducting regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks Investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences Providing health and safety training to employees and contractors Monitoring compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and project specifications Attending relevant meetings and providing feedback on environmental matters related to renewable energy projects Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have: At least 2 years of experience in health and safety management A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A passion for renewable energy and sustainability
