Our client, a registered medical scheme, based in Pretoria, who delivers sustainable and integrated health solutions to union members, is looking for a Compliance Manager who will be reporting directly to the Head of Administration. The incumbent will be required to direct and coordinate activities of the scheme to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and contractual arrangements.

Desired Experience & Qualification

With primary responsibility for the interpretation and implementation of applicable laws, legal codes, government regulations and related information. The incumbent should ideally be located in Pretoria or Johannesburg, have experience in the Mediacl Schemes Industry, and MUST possess a Legal degree or equivalent with

Ar least 3-5 years experience in contract management. Managing 3rd Party recoveries Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and risk identification Knowledge of admnistrative and clerical procedures and systems for managing files and records, transcriptions and other personal innformation. Knowledge of applicable laws, legal codes, government regulations and related information Skilled in presenting and communicating information Sound Governance, Learning and Research, and Analysing skills Exposure to the medical scheme industry will be advantageous.
