Our team is currently seeking a qualified Communications and Learning & Organizational Development Lead to join our talent team. In this role, you will be partnering with our solution leads and talent team to enrich the Company communications and employee learning experience.
Responsibilities: Communications: Apply best practices and approaches with brand marketing, digital media, and communications in collaboration with the talent and marketing teams.Develop communication campaigns to support the people and Company strategy.Drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.Expand strategies and initiatives that enable all employees to engage in the talent strategy.Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure consistent and inclusive communication across the employee lifecycle.Develop an approach and strategy for employee engagement, which includes the annual engagement survey encompassing full implementation, stakeholder plans and management, communication initiatives, and market presence in the industry.Create content for internal communication documents and programs that support the organization, ensuring relevance to our Core Values.Create and manage communication content including graphics, emails/memos, videos, slide decks, and more to engage employees.Develop, write, and edit communications, including talking points, emails, and presentations.Flexibility to work on a wide range of global projects and collaboratively across the organization's different business solutions.Learning & Organizational Development: Assess the organization's learning and development needs and design targeted programs to build employee knowledge, skills, and capabilities.Implement and utilize the Learning Management System to meet Company and compliance standards.Partner to revise the performance framework to encompass the business and people strategy.Develop and facilitate interactive training sessions on topics such as country-specific compliance training, leadership training, Company-specific strategies, employee engagement, and soft skills.Collaborate with HR and businesses to integrate leadership development and employee training programs.Create and oversee the deployment of self-directed learning resources (e.g. e-learning modules, toolkits, internal training programs, etc.)Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make data-driven improvements.Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth, where employees are empowered to develop their skills and competencies.Requirements: Educational degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Behavioural Sciences or related fieldSeven or more years of combined experience in employee engagement, learning and development, internal communication, and brandingAbility to multitask and work well with a team in a fast-paced global environmentMust be willing to be flexible in working hours in order to accommodate the global needAdvance knowledge in Human Resources principles and best practicesDeep interest in storytelling and our strategy to educate, inform, and inspire employeesExperience in implementing and overseeing a Learning Management SystemFive years of experience in designing and implementing Employee Development Programs and Learning Management SystemsExperience in Company Communications, MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva, Articulate and other creative platformsAbout Morae: Morae is a dynamic, high-growth organization that provides an integrated suite of solutions to corporate law departments and law firms, and partners with leading software and services providers, both within and outside the legal industry.
