Commercial Support Specialist

The temporary contractor will be responsible for: Conducting operational audits to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalation matrices, and contact points. Managing the vetting process of inbound leads, identifying quick wins, and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure all documentation is complete. Onboarding and loading mini app partners onto SAP and other related platforms Collaborating with the technical project manager to ensure mini app partners are technically compliant and proactively addressing any issues. Generating required reports periodically to present insights and recommendations. Working closely with the payments and legal teams to ensure all partner data is current and overseeing the collection of payments related to mini apps. Payments Collection and chasing up partners for payments on outstanding commissions.
