The Commercial Producer is responsible for:
Managing an existing book of commercial clientsGrowing the portfolio through relationships and networking with local businessesMaking referrals to other lines of businessBuilding strong relationships with Insurance providersActing as a work leader to other agency staff in the absence of the Agency ManagerQualifications RequiredAbout the CandidateSuccessful completion of CAIB I, II, and III and working towards completion of CAIB IVCompletion of industry related courses to maintain a Level III license6+ years of insurance services experience, preferably in a Credit Union subsidiary environment2+ years of commercial insurance experienceSome experience in a senior or supervisory capacity involving leading and coaching other staff and performing various administrative functionsA professional and upbeat attitudeExcellent attention to detailAbility to deal effectively with client and employee problems or complaintsAbility to develop positive working relationships with othersDedication to providing and demonstrating exceptional service and leadership to all.Job Reference Number005-2023
