Job Purpose:The Commercial Adviser will be responsible for the Portfolio Management of an allocated portfolio.Responsibilities:Manage policy renewalsSourcing new businessHandle new application and quotationsHandle and solve client enquiries (all existing business enquiries and potential new clients)Arrange appointments with clients (on-site meetings)Maintain MyPractice SystemManage Administrative Documentation (detailed records)Build and maintain good working relationshipsMaintain Service Level agreement deadlinesEnsure FAIS ComplianceSkill sets required:Grade 12Computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word)Successfully completed the RE 5 Examination (Representatives)NQF Level 4 Short Term Insurance qualificationDOFA confirmation from FSCAA minimum of 3-5 years working experience as a Commercial adviserGood verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans and English)Good administration, organization, and planning skillsGood multi-tasking and time management skillsHighly reliable, adaptable, and resilientProblem solvingAttention to detail.Team playerHighly client-focused with good interpersonal skillsOwn Transport/driver's license#J-18808-Ljbffr
