Job Description: We are currently recruiting on behalf of a practice in Runcorn who are offering a salary of up to £70,000 for an experienced vet to join their established and friendly team.

This is the perfect steppingstone for an experienced vet to progress into leadership and inspire the current team, whilst being instrumental in the direction the practice takes. The practice opened three years ago and is located on the outskirts of Runcorn on relatively small retail park, which is just off the A56 and the M56 giving easy access to Cheshire, Merseyside and Wales along with many other locations and attractions in the North West.

The surgery is purpose built to deliver the highest clinical standards and provides excellent facilities, giving you access to all the equipment and space you need to care for your patients. They already have a loyal client base with the potential for further growth, and cases can be worked up locally giving you the opportunity to develop any specific interests you have, with certification encouraged and fully funded. It also has the benefit of a number of referral hospitals and specialists within easy travelling distance for clients and for CPD.

You'll need to feel completely confident in sole charge but there is no OOH requirement. An interest in surgery is particularly welcomed as the practice matures.

This role will be 40 hours per week, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis, and we can be flexible for the right person.
