These claims may include funeral, death, disability, dread disease and retrenchment claimsAre you someone who can: Accurate assessment, investigation and management of GAP cover claims and death claims.Interact with Medical Aids, hospitals and medical practitioners regarding medical history and accounts required for assessing the claim.Timeously perform follow ups for relevant claim documents with clients / doctors / hospitals / medical aids.Ensuring that the claims assessment and that the standard of decision is consistent with the company values and philosophy.Ensuring all risks are mitigated and escalated, this includes the identification of fraudulent activity.Providing effective, efficient and professional service to all our customers, advisors and branches, both telephonically and through written correspondence.Taking ownership of queries and ensuring they are resolved timeously and effectively.Ensuring adherence to organisational best practice and legislative requirements.Teamwork to meet service and quality standards.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.Meet daily minimum claim targets with a high level of accuracy and within service turnaround time.Any additional Administration related functions You will be an ideal candidate if you: Grade 12GAP cover or Medical Aid claims processing and administration experience.Insurance industry experience.
