Cit Radio Controller - Randburg

Reporting to the OPS Manager The above position is vacant at CIT. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth running of the CIT contract.
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12, Matric Certificate or equivalent.Grade C PSiRA RegisteredAt least 2 years' experience in the CIT environment will be an advantageAt least 1-year experience in a vault room will be an advantageMust be fully bilingualComputer literate (compulsory)Perfect hearing and communication skillsPrevious control room experience will be an advantage.Firearm Competent (Handgun,Rifle, Carbine) Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive): Maintain contact with road crewsPrepares schedules and maintains a daily electronic log of all events, road operations and client liaisonReceiving of consignment from bulk and team vehiclesSorting of consignments to CIT teamsBalancing of the vault and locking upDistribution of consignments for bulk movementEnsure security and manage the movement of CIT schedules during transitCore Competencies: Assertive skillsStrong analytical skillsAttention to detailsExcellent problem-solving abilityHigh reasoning abilityShould be available to work flexible hoursMust be able to work in a high-risk areaWe reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.
