Chief Operating Officer, Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria area
Our client a non-profit organisation, is seeking a dynamic COO to join their team

Working hours: Monday – Friday (8 hours per day) example - 08h00 – 16h00 without lunch or 08:00 – 16:30 with a 30 min lunch break

Minimum requirements:
* B Com Degree in Accounting
* Be well versed in Accounting and Financial Management
* 5+ years working experience in Finances, Personnel and Office Administration
* Pastel Accounting
* Excel – spreadsheets and graphs
* VIP Payroll would be an advantage
* MS Office, Outlook and Internet
Duties will include but is not limited to:

* Management and supervision of general office logistics and personnel
* Management of complete financial system on Pastel
* Monthly marking of salaries and cashbook
* Managing budgets
* Drawing up yearly budgets
* Manage the utilizations and maintenance of all facilities and buildings
* Drafting of agendas and typing of minutes for executives and the leadership
