The successful individual will be responsible for a broad level of operational duties that range from hands-on day to day management of all staff , providing strategic advice, identifying, executing existing and new operational systems and processes within this firm. The COO will oversee the company's full business operations and report to the CEO of the group of companies. Implementing business strategies and optimising the organisation's operational capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiencyAssessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processesLeading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organisational objectivesOverseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnoverMentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of managementEstablishing policies that improve and promote company vision and cultureEvaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve resultsCollaborating with management and other stakeholders to build and grow AUM and carry out other business-expanding strategiesFurther Operational  Duties:
