This role will have many different duties and responsibilities including: preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes for guest to sit down to and enjoy.You will be responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience for a wide variety of guests that co-insides with dietary requirements, culture differences and allergies.You will be in charge of ordering adequate supplies for your own section and ensure your section is always prepped, clean and ready to get working. You will also be responsible for the proper time management, plate set up, seasoning and portioning of the dishes (under supervision).You will be responsible to follow all hygiene measures, food preparation hygiene and safety along with all sanitation practises to avoid damage and wastage.You must be able to work under pressure as in this industry, changes happen and you must be able to adjust to complete all requests.Package on Offer:Live inSalary R 6500 – R 7500Starting date:ASAP
