DescripciónPaternoster Chop House, formerly known as the First Dates restaurant, is now located just a stones throw away from St Paul’s Cathedral. As well as dining in the restaurant there is also a striking outdoor terrace ideal for parties and events. The modern British menu is based on London’s famous Victorian Chop Houses and offers a seasonally changing menu of hearty portions and classic British dishes.

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie with an excellent attitude and an eye for detail to join our team

As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:
ensuring that all aspects of the section are managed in an effective, efficient and productive manner
oversee and adhere to all aspects of food safety and health and safety
working on a variety of sections
