Call Centre Manager

We are looking for a call centre manager to improve and supervise daily operations and performance of call centre staff.
Responsibilities:  Develop objectives for day-to-day activitiesEnsure targets are being met and evaluate performance of call centre staffConduct effective resource planningMonitor and improve return proceduresAnalyse data and prepare reports for managementKey skills required: Proven experience as call centre managerKnowledge of performance evaluation and metricsSolid understanding of reporting and budgeting proceduresExperience is basic financial analysisIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)Outstanding communication skillsRequired qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualificationDesired experience: 3 – 4 years relevant working experience
