Call Center based in Sandton requires the services of a Call centre agent Duties & Responsibilities Customer service Must be able to communicate with customers professionally and articulately Must be able to present benefits/opportunities of the product or service in an effective manner Identify and respond to the customer needs from all demographics, delivering high quality, professional service to these customers Client liaison - telephone and email Providing feedback to management Skills and Requirements Grade 12 2 years? customer service experience or 1-year call centre experience Credit and Criminal Clear Must have an excellent command of the English Language; written and spoken Must be computer literate with experience in Word, Outlook, CRM and Pastel Must have at least two years experience in a call centre Must be able to work night shift (until 22h00) and weekends on rotation Own reliable transport is essential or arrange your own transport
