Call Center Consultants

Job Role
Working in a targeted environment to deliver sales opportunities to the sales team, from a number of data bases. Each representative will need to be able persuade potential customers to speak to a trained broker regarding their insurance needs. This can be done through your dynamic personality and customer service sales experience.
We are needing Driven, Motivated Dynamic candidates that meet with the job requirements below
Must be extremely well spoken have no strong accent
Must have Matric Relevant high school qualification.
Must have at least 2 years Client Service experience ideally within a Call Centre environment.
Previous Sales experience is also ideal within a Call Centre environment.
Must be target driven and ambitious.
Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Must have ability to work well under pressure.
Be passionate about client service and providing high service levels.
Must have a clear ITC Credit Criminal record.
