Business Solutions Analyst

A leading cash management based in Houghton is urgently looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to be responsible to undertake specialist feasibility analysis, evaluations or business projects and advises on the optimisation of resources and profitability of projects or resources. Conduct special studies and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control or action across the business.
 
Responsible for the execution of the small to most complex projects often handling more than one complex project at a time, may coach others and be responsible for the execution of small to medium tactical projects.
In order to be considered the following is required: Business or IT related qualificationBusiness Analysis and testing course advantageousIIBACBAP certification3 – 5 years working experience with exposure to business solutions design with a strong capability of business analysis and testing experienceExposure to project management, project budgets and related processesProcess redesign, mapping on operational level, change control methodologiesThe Head of Department or the nominee reserves the right to make changes and alterations to this job profile.3 – 5 years' experience in managing small to medium tactical projectsResponsibilities: Define business requirements and solutionsProvide leadership to employees within the organisation, creating a winning culture and high moraleLead as an Ambassador and executor of ChangeDrive the organisation cultureIf you would like to email your CV directly – please send it to ******
