To analyse business eco-systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. To design, build, test and implement automated solutions to solve key business pain points and leverage business opportunities to deliver business value for the customer.
Technology & Architecture
Identify technical inconsistencies that need to be resolved by using Lean Six Sigma tools to ensure process improvement. Apply the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control) methodology toolkit to ensure accurate analysis.Perform root cause analysis (fish bone tool) and troubleshoot potential new processes, systems and products to ensure optimal products are delivered to the client. Conduct solution design sessions with the appropriate stakeholders to identify alternate solution design options with technical enablement.Develop and present showcase demonstrations to clients to show the realisation of the business case objectives.Define and document the functional and non-functional requirements of the solutions to be approved by the relevant stakeholders for implementation.Formulate the technical design blueprint that aligns to the Business solution requirements for End-User Developed Applications (EUDA) solutions. For non-EUDA solutions, the Business Performance Analyst to collaborate with the Developer on the Technical Design.Key Responsibilities: Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and DMAIC methodology to analyze technical inconsistencies and optimize processes for improved business performance.Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot potential process, system, and product issues to ensure optimal client outcomes.Collaborate with stakeholders to design and present automated solutions that align with business objectives.Define and document functional and non-functional solution requirements, ensuring stakeholder approval.Lead technical solution design sessions, aligning with business solution design, and collaborating with developers when necessary.Develop a pipeline of quantified use-cases with comprehensive business cases, aligned with strategic goals.Oversee end-to-end business performance processes, from discovery to delivery, to achieve the Bank's strategic objectives.Lead the creation of end-to-end micro- and macro eco-system value streams, identifying automation opportunities and improvements.Gather and consolidate crucial business information, including process performance, customer requirements, and system data, to assess, analyze, and design effective solutions.Interpret and analyze data, identifying key metrics to quantify problems and support business cases. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications First degree in Information Technology or related field.Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is required.Experience: 7 years of experience in Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement.Strong knowledge of Financial Services and Banking.Proven experience in delivering solutions involving Information Technology components.
