To support the Business Head, SBFC to enable strategy, achieve minimum standards of service, adherence to governance standards, achieve budgets, manage costs and continuously improve operational efficiency of the team with clear objectives and established tools. Responsibilities are directed by the requirements of the Business Head and align to the strategic objectives of the business unit.
Qualifications
B.Com Finance and AccountingDegree Qualification in Business Management or relevant domainPreffered Qualification:Post graduate degree in Communications and Industrial Psychology3-4 years experience in managing projects to completion to achieve defined business objectives or metrics.5-7 years experience in influencing stakeholders at different levels across a multiple of disciplines to achieveshared outcomes, specifically within a financial services environment. Additional Information Risk/Reward Thinking - The ability to provide due consideration to risks, rewards and the cost of control measures in evaluating business opportunities, process and system changes.Business Acumen (P&C) - The ability to analyse business financial performance, business specific language, business processes as well as competitor and external factors as it would apply to the people practices in the organisation. in order to support them effectively.
Industry Knowledge -The knowledge and understanding of the specific client industry that is covered by the role.
