Job Description
This role provides additional support to clients to ensure solutions are implemented on time in line with sales targets. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts, over periods of up to a year.Key responsibilities will include amongst others the following: Refine the retail distribution strategy for Old Mutual Multi Managers, Old Mutual Wealth Tailored Fund Portfolios and Old Mutual Retail Smoothed Bonus FundsWork with marketing to agree on strategic events, and engagements.Engage clients across all segments.Work with the OMMM and TFP investment team to create efficient client outcomes.Execute strategy for distribution across all segments.Ensure a strategy per distribution channel.Ensure we drive our narrative out to the retail market via the Wealth business development teams and the retail distribution channels.Engage with external LISPs to grow market share.Set and achieve distribution targets.Management of expense parameters.Representing Old Mutual Multi Managers at roadshows, panel discussions and other events. Qualifications and Experience required: Matric.Relevant degree.Minimum 5 years' experience within the financial services industry, particularly in the Business Development or Asset Management environment.CFP advantageous.Excellent communication skills.Stakeholder Management Skills.Understanding of market dynamics.Client centric approach essential.Skills Education Closing Date
