State/Province Winelands area, Western Cape Country South Africa Job Description Thisroleisforabusinessconsultantthatwillfocusonthe Propertyindustryand,theirclients,to move funds in andout of South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

· Delivery of both annual, quarterly andmonthly sales targets in coordination with the company´s sales strategy toensure sustainable growth and business development.

· Leadanddeveloprelationshipswithkeyclientstobuildlongtermsalesopportunitiesand an effective distribution network ofregional contacts and influencers in the foreign exchange market.

· Maintains, acquires and develops keyrelationships with real estate agents and their clients.

· Develops and maintains a strong businesspipeline for regional Accounts and expands on activities.

· Responsible for generating and closing aconsistently high level of sales opportunities withclientsbyidentifyingneeds,developingFXrelationships,andprovidingappropriate FX solutions and services.

· AssistingIntroducingPartnersfromthepointofenquirytotradecompletionbyfacilitatingregistration, gathering KYC documentation and managing the client to the pointof "trade readiness"

· ComprehensiveknowledgeofFXsales,systemsand processes

· Provides an annual sales plan andproviding monthly and quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to theplan.

· Mustbetargetdrivenandbeabletoworkunder pressure

· Goodcommunicationskills(verbal&written)aswellasexcellentphonemannerwithaneffective ability to cold call

· BilingualEnglishandAfrikaanswouldbe advantageous

· Willingtogoextra mile

· Musthaveaveryhighlevelofmotivationand commitment

· Teamplayerwillingtoworkwithinasmall team

· Open,friendlyandapproachablewithexcellentinterpersonal skills

· Self-starterwith initiative

Qualification: · Qualifications–Matric+regulatoryexams(RE)+FAIS compliancy

· Arelevantbusiness/legalqualificationcouldbe helpful.

Experience:

· Salesexperienceinthepropertyindustrywouldbe advantageous

· Entrepreneurialexperiencewouldbe advantageous
