As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for promoting IBOSS products and services relevant to prospective and existing clients, including IFA businesses and intermediaries across your territory.
These products and services will include DFM MPS, Multi Asset Fund range, AIM and Tailored solutions along with white label administration services.
Key Responsibilities: Prospecting, creating and managing relationships with new strategic partners. Generating new business and leads, focus on account retention, meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets. Proactive strategic planning. Developing long term relationships, dealing with all queries from assigned clients and actioning appropriately. Targeting firms business inflows and ensuring KPI's and targets are met and if not resolving issues as to why. Running regular business reviews and any other ad hoc meetings required by assigned accounts. Preparing documentation required by Accounts and liaising with the appropriate team to do so. Maintaining understanding in the industry, complying with the company rules and procedures and recording training. Part of your role may include the servicing of existing firms if deemed necessary by the business Working with the BDM team when implementation of a new account is needed in order to assist with the smooth transition of account into one writing business with IAM. Provide support for BDM team in the event of sickness or holiday on non-designated accounts.
