Working towards Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets Manage all social media platforms Skills and Attributes Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques; Medical recruitment industry knowledge is a plus Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Relationship Manager Excellent communication and negotiation skills A customer-oriented attitude Problem-solving aptitude Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Reliability, honest and leadership skills Discretion and respect for confidential information Qualifications and Experience Entry level qualification equivalent to Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification 2 3 years experience working in Business Development Management Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word Previous experience on a CRM system (Placement Partner advantageous) Requirements Valid drivers' license.
