Position: Business Development Lead
Location: South Africa (Remote)

Your Role:
As the Business Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving growth. You will be at the forefront of forging strategic business partnerships with companies and individuals that can send qualified leads to a real estate loan originator. You will also manage the existing affiliate marketing program to help fuel our success.

Responsibilities:
Source new partners that can send qualified leads to a provider of real estate loansIdentify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that align with New Silver's goals and objectivesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisitionIdentify, onboard, and nurture strategic affiliate partners to maximize revenue opportunitiesManage relationships with new and existing affiliates, ensuring optimal performance and satisfactionUnderstand the needs and motivations of potential partners and affiliates and craft compelling value propositions that resonate with themCollaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaignsStaying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologiesAnalyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvementNegotiate and manage partnership agreements with industry playersStay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldProven experience (5 plus years) developing partnerships within the fintech or real estate industryExperience working with Impact, ShareASale, FlexOffers, CJ Affiliate or similar affiliate networkStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and an understanding of digital marketingExcellent communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
