We invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for Business Data Analyst position under ERP/GSI The position will report Site ERP Manager/GSI Site Leader and is based Dunnottar Job Purpose The candidate to analyze the data using data analysis tools such as SAP, Qlik Sense, SAP BI, Excel, Power BI, SQL. Drive the creation of new KPI Measures/Dashboards for the Business using information from different systems, support the Departmental Heads to development action plan to address the challenges. Reports to the GSI Site Leader. Key Responsibilities Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics Implement and maintain analytics solutions such as databases, data collection systems, extraction of reports from multiple sources Evaluate and Develop new KPI's to measure the business performance Support Departmental Heads to come up with action plan to address challenges related to Systems Propose changes / implementation of information systems to better support process execution. Assist Business in formalizing business cases when required Support new Information System implementation, ensuring business requirements are met and promoting change management. Qlik Sense and BI Key User, ensure business have access to KPI's and trained to navigate Qlik Sense and BI Ensure KPI's are update all the time Minimum Requirements Minimum National Diploma: Industrial Engineering/ Computer Science/ Recognized qualification Similar experience of 3-5 years in an industrial environment Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills Very high knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SQL Automated workflow in SharePoint Good knowledge of Industrial, Sourcing, Quality, Finance and Supply chain processes. Proficient in Microsoft applications especial Excel Process integrity in handling confidential and sensitive organizational information Excellent and concise communication and leadership Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills Active team player, deadline driven, process driven Special Requirements The job involves frequent mobility, with work in several depots, and at times on the train corridors. To carry out technical support and maintenance on 24/7 shift & on-call basis (night, day, weekend).
