To form a trusted and strategic partnership with business/executive leaders in creating engaging opportunities for employees to connect to the SBG purpose. To drive and sustain communication initiatives that support the business strategies to achieve growth for the organization and leverage the Stand Bank brand to build employee advocacy.
To build and manage sound relationships with internal stakeholders to generate content that promotes measurable success for each stakeholder. Contribute towards the development of the Internal Communication strategy that will geographies and business embed frameworks, toolkits, governance and priorities for employee communication. Develop effective channel strategies and establish measures that will create awareness and momentum in communication activities by conducting analysis on audience segmentation, key messaging and communication plans and schedules.Drive delivery of project-based activity alongside the successful delivery of Business-as-Usual communication through a defined suite of communication channels to ensure the strategic alignment.
Establish and manage agency relationships and the Business and Commercial Banking brand to ensure best quality communication support and service. Establish sound employee insights to inform communication strategies and develop innovative solutions in order to maximize Communication effectiveness. Manage the operational budget for the assigned communication portfolio for implementation of internal communications projects for effective and efficient functionality. Monitor and manage the performance and development of staff within the area by conducting periodic performance reviews against targets in order to drive high performance.

Experience Required
Minimum of 7 Years experience inExperience in leading communication efforts across a multi-Business unit organization with solid technical knowledge and awareness across all elements of communication. Proven ability to create, manage and implement complex communications plans across diverse geographies. Proven experience in internal communication and employee engagement including driving strategic change management programmes and an extensive ability to manage and influence multiple and complex stakeholders. Proven ability to champion and represent a new and programmes of work in a fast paced, collaborative and changing environment. Must have grounded understanding of working in a finance institution and matrixed environment
