Business Analyst - Working Remotely

Our client, a fast-growing property management company, requires a technically minded BusinessAnalyst to help identify where clients expectations are being met, exceeded or, perhaps more importantly, fallen short of. The successful candidate will be working remotely (must preferably stay in the Stellenbosch area).Property managers deal with a large number of clients and customers on a day to day basis by phone, email, system generated messages and face to face meetings.Property managers deal with day to day issues at (usually) blocks of residential flats including but not limited to maintenance, major works, legal disputes, budgeting and expenditure, sales and lettings and staff management.The role requires to:Regularly report on various KPIs of the property management team.Uncover and report on trends with regards to business retention and customer complaints.Highlight any areas to improve efficiency of process.Ensure key client data is up to date and internal systems are being fully utilised.Track portfolio size and impact of new and / or lost business.Project revenue trends to assist with resourcing decisions.Highlight areas of concerns to senior management to enable intervention.Observe the highest possible standards in relation to client and customer confidentiality and in compliance with data protection legislation.Undertake any other duties as are reasonably requested from time to time.Knowledge, skills, and experience:Essential:Excellent academic qualifications, preferably a Degree.Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and verbally, including drafting reports for senior management.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work to strict deadlines and be organised and efficient.Demonstrable experience and ability to use ICT packages.Demonstratable experience collecting and analysing data in various forms.Excellent problem-solving skills.Desirable:Experience within the residential property sector, or within the property industry generally.Experience in dealing with, and extracting information from, busy people.Area: Working remotely (must preferably stay in the Stellenbosch area).Salary: R20 000 per month.Starting date: As soon as possible.Please forward your CV to us if you meet the above-mentioned requirements.Please assume that your application was unsuccessful If you have not been contacted within 4 weeks from the date of this advertisement.
